Frank Guastella, LCSW- $90+

Frank is a psychotherapist specializing in the treatment of autism, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Frank received his MSW at Adelphi University, during which time he interned at an outpatient clinic and residential treatment setting treating individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Concomitantly, Frank worked as a direct support professional and behavioral consultant serving individuals on the autism spectrum in both school and community-based settings. In subsequent years, Frank joined the LIBH team where he currently facilitates social skills classes, provides anger management coaching, and individual psychotherapy. Frank is also trained in EMDR, integrating it into his practice with other therapeutic modalities such as, cognitive-behavioral therapy, social skills training, and motivational interviewing to provide person-centered, trauma-informed counseling to his clients.

Cara Ann Stillwell, LCSW $125

Cara Ann is a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years’ experience in community mental health, both as a clinician and a supervisor, before transitioning fully into her current role.  She now works in a private practice in Sayville NY, providing in-person and virtual services for individual psychotherapy and EMDR. She also assists in supervising clinical staff. Cara is EMDRIA certified and currently an EMDRIA consultant in training. Tracey is EMDRIA certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and is currently a facilitator for Dr. Zangwill at EMDRandtraining.com, where she teaches other clinicians EMDR therapy.
